Prerequisites:

• Create a "real" bank account
• Create an email forwarder for paypal@foswiki.org

If possible, set the Foswiki Association e.V. as the "owner".

I created the paypal account paypal@foswiki.org. I had to take my name as the owner. According to the phone hotline this can be changed, when we have a new board.

Registration of a bank account for this PP account will follow when available.
