Item2596: Feed icon for WebSearch broken

The code in the WebSearch topic shipped with Foswiki in the System web is broken.

I lack the time to find out why just yet, but it's strange because %ICON{feed}% produces an <img/> tag that contains no double quotes, so it shouldn't break the VarIF expression.

It only happens when you supply a +?search=foo" URLPARAM, Eg: 1.0.7 works fine but trunk does not

This applies to 1.0.9-rc1

perhaps i broke it by apply the trunk ICON html delimiters change? (Item2181)

I reverted that change also in trunk and reopened 2181. We need a better fix for that.

Closing as this bug was introduced after 1.0.8.
