Step 1 is to be able to put the form name in the footer.

Now the attachment table is broken. And the link to the form topic is same font as the rest of the fields and is even more confusing than when it was at the top. I had suggested a non-underlined smaller font gray.

Why was this enhancement checked in now?

We have feature freeze.

Each time we introduce new feature we introduce new errors. We will NEVER get a stable 4.1 if developers keep on breaking the feature freeze.
