If you don't have some Plugins directory under TWiki or Foswiki, pseudo-install.pl will create symbolic links to the first plugin having one of those, and the following plugins won't work.

A quick fix would be to create these directories using: 
mkdir lib/{Fosw,TW}iki/Plugins

A better fix is to fix the script, add a special test case in pseudo-install.pl
