Item5728: Upload attachments in AUTOINC topics

Hello,

in the Bugs-Web there are a problem with the TinyMce when i upload an attachment to an AUTOINC Topic. They create a topic named "ItemAUTOINC1" and attach the file to this topic. In this case they destroy my original Item Template.

What they have to do is to create the right topic, for example "ItemAUTOINC443" and attach the file to this topic.

The AUTOINC is not supposed to be called AUTOINC at all.

And each time someone creates this topic here on bugs our entire bugs reporting blows up so please don't.

So I assume the issue is when you upload before the actual topic has been created. That bug makes sense. We will need to disable attaching until the topic is actually created. I would think this is a general observation. Even with a new topic not yet saved the first time and then abandonned can give a problem with an orphan pub dir which may even be abused for spam without many knowing.
