WebPreferences is missing a second ampersand in order to protect the correct display of the © entity (all .po files are affected).

Without this second ampersand, you'll see a literal "copy;" in the footer and "c" becomes a shortcut key (i.e., it's displayed as <span class='foswikiAccessKey'>c</span>opy;)...
