Item640: MailerContrib doesn't use CompareRevisionsAddon

The MailerContrib template mailnotify.tmpl doesn't take advantage of CompareRevisionsAddon when the latter is installed. It should.

Note the viewtopicactionbuttons.tmpl does automatically integrate CompareRevisionsAddon. So the omission in MailerContrib seems more like a bug than a missing feature - we ought to be consistent.

I haven't studied the template system enough to be sure how best to implement the fix.

The checkin (distro:ae34075e04d5 ImageGalleryPlugin:5443608c4765) recently attached to this task has nothing to do with this issue; it appears to be an old branding edit for ImageGalleryPlugin. Perhaps it meant to be attached to another task...

Agreed. I tried to figure out what task distro:ae34075e04d5 ImageGalleryPlugin:5443608c4765 really belonged to - that wasn't my change. I've been grooming the Tasks web setting Components. I guess it probably should have been Item604 - moving the commit.
