Item645: Update http://svn.foswiki.org/trunk/core/AUTHORS to reflect Foswiki contributors

i am adding IsaacLin, minimally. surely others should be added as well.

As far as I know, as of yet I am not a contributing author for any file contained within the Foswiki product itself (unless something I have written was copied to one of the topics that is under source control, but I don't think so).

Isaac - I find your name everywhere here on Tasks with important contributions. I am fully supporting your name on the list. You have made an impact.

I have added all names I can see checked in on SVN for Foswiki core/default.

I need Andre to put translators that did not checkin directly their translations.

I have added missing translators to the authors file. I also made comments in SVN checkins when they do not checkin directly in order to honour their effort.

This bug item has been heavily abused for checkins that have nothing to do with the AUTHORS file.

There are bug items related to release notes and other docs as well as a generic doc item. Best to use reports that reflects the changes as it improves the traceability and configuration management which at the end means better quality.

So now I close this. Only reopen if you edit the AUTHORS file.
