After selecting "More actions", the text in the bottom toolbar (other than the character underlined to reveal the keyboard shortcut) is not visible, unless hovered over.

eg, the 'Cancel' text is green on a blue background for rename topic

confirmed - I get that here too. (and opened the duplicate Item822)
