document limitations and outstanding issues:

[14:25] <wbniv> i've run into a file that wouldn't index using the kinoindex script and the indexer hung
[14:25] <wbniv> tho did work on the ks_test script
[14:53] <AndreU> encrypted files and macros are also a problem if I remember right
[14:54] <AndreU> it just stop until you exclude the causing file by hand
