Item8652: TwistyPlugin does not work on default skin

which falls through and thus is broken in any skin that builds on that.

this shows up on trunk most obviously with the new WikiGroups UI

probably the right thing to do is to move whatever it is that makes it work in pattern skin into the default skin..

I think we even need a more default skin, a real clean slate, that allows all the css customization but has javascript ready under the hood. Like Sandbox theme for Wordpress.
