As a quick fix, I'll order the MANIFEST.

The real fix should be to check if the dependency is about to be installed, and then install it first, but that requires more coding.

Might even go as far as enhancement, as this annoys just developers, and doesn't prevent any functionality smile

How should circular dependencies be resolved? It is easy to say "don't do that" - but can we really be sure that there will not ever be packages with circular dependencies?

Error reporting from pseudo-install.pl seems OK to me now. Closing that.
