The usage instructions are very well written, but I find one detail missing: Once I've created the template for pages-under-approval, how can I create new pages based on this template? I'd like to write a create new page-under-approval link but I'm not sure how to construct that link. Even better, this could be a form: The user enters the topic name and clicks a create button, and the nwe page is created based on the template and linked to an intended parent page.
