Substitution of form values is not working with upload.

For example, you have an upload form and a textfield: "description",

followed by a hidden formfield: "filecomment" with the content: "scanned contract, description: $description"

then substitution does not work and "scanned contract, description: $description" is saved as filecomment.

Same Problem here with 'rename', while 'view' and 'edit' work fine.

Fixed in FormPlugin 2.0.
