Doing my own foswikiAlert class'd CGI::span and CGI::divs, I started to worry about MAKETEXT/internationalisation stuff, and then remembered we had an inlineAlert() method - but couldn't find it.

It actually lives in Foswiki::inlineAlert, so not in Func - which is unfortunate: let's give our wiki plugin authors this method (which appears to be template driven to boot)

Good idea. Changes to the public API need a Proposal though.
