This task is for concerns that remain unresloved after closing Item1482

Personally I would prefer to wait until we are using JQuery + Foswiki topics to populate these dialogues, because the TinyMCE iframe approach is difficult to do nice integratios.

Additionally we could more easily internationalise our dialogues if using foswiki topics + MAKETEXT, whereas nobody seems to be populating our tinymce javascript language files at all

Unspecific and way past it's sell-by - upgrading TMCE should deal with such issues.
