Reset on system using Base mapper fails with WSOD:

Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

cannot change user passwords using Foswiki::BaseUserMapping

Password reset should not be permitted if PasswordManager / mapper doesn't support password reset.

The problem occurred when I attempted to change the password on the "admin" id. The error message should probably be handled a bit better. But this is probably low priority
