I get error just trying to open the plugin page from the Installed plugins page.

Browser says:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request

Apache error log says:

[Tue Sep 14 04:44:00 2010] [error] [client ....] FastCGI: incomplete headers (31 bytes) received
 from server "/var/www/foswiki/bin/foswiki.fcgi", 
referer: http://..../foswiki/System/InstalledPlugins?validation_key=0cee2237000523ba142490076c71f95a;usernamestep=admin

...a few minutes later: suddenly it works. I think it might have been the cache building up or something because it was shortly after enabling the cache this happened. So I'm closing this task item.
