Item9681: Translation of fr.po for the 1.1 Release

This task is for reference of my checkins to SVN as a translation coordinator for French language, updating the translation of fr.po in view of the coming 1.1 release.

The SVN checking distro:a4b5213af2b3 was done on trunk.

Nevertheless, translation is happening in branches/Release01x01 through Pootle, and are now completed for French language.

I reverted the "translation of fr.po for 1.1 Release 81% done" I checked in there initially since it was done in trunk.

I assume that when the project decides to update the translations of the strings in trunk, they will do a mere merge between the language files. So I am putting this file in its original state before my SVN checking distro:a4b5213af2b3.

This revert preserves Kenneth's change in distro:5b658f85179c for trunk/core/locale/fr.po, implementing "Item9707: The access key for View Wiki Text was not changed properly.", so that his work is not wiped away

I am closing this task.
