System/PatternSkinColorSettings

Step 1 instructs:

  • Set USERCOLORSURL = /pub/System/PatternSkin/my_colors.css

Step 3 implies attachment for my_colors.css is attached to System/PatternSkinTheme (I've checked that this is the case)

Step 1 needs to change.
