WikiDraw disables JQueryPlugin's JQUERYPLUGIN zone only for editing the svg. I've migrated the template to use zones and require, and made it possible to use JQueryPlugin's 1.4.2, but it will continue to use its own if that is not the selected JQueryVersion.

Been testing jquery-1.4.2 in Foswiki for quite some time now. Everything has been ported to 1.4.x. See Item9739. Will remove jquery-1.2.6 soon and add 1.4.3. So this hassle will go away soon.

not really. the hassle will simply move to a different version. What we really need is a require that can include a version.
