Feature Proposal: It would be nice to be able to set the topic using form data variable substitution

Motivation

In a FormPlugin form which creates new topics I currently don't see a possibility to generate the new topic name based on form data since topic is defined in %STARTFORM% and not subject to $Variable substitution.

Description and Documentation

Please, implement an option like topic="None" for %STARTFORM%, so one can define the topic later in a hidden form field using $Variable substitution.
