Multilanguage Topics (not the System at all)

Hi,

i´m looking for an Extension that supports multi-language topics. Is there any Extension that provides topics in different languages (like the Mediawiki multi-language functionallity)?

If not, does anybody have the same need? Or has anybody a good solution for this issue?
