Crawford, you mentioned you might have an updated version of
FastReport somewhere. If not, let me know and I'll try to work on this.

"New" configure uses
JsonReport, and no longer uses
FastReport
The problem is reconciling the two, so that "old" installs can still see "new" extensions
The easiest way to do this is to show both the form field and the table row in the report, so that's what I've done. That of course runs the risk that an extension that has both will have munged fields, but at least it will still be visible to 1.1.9 in the report.
