It would be much more efficient, if we had an RSS-Feed, that offered a full comparison of new and changed contents of a page.

feature proposals instead of tasks. Our
ReleaseProcess tells to open tasks after the feature is discussed and accepted
If you keep opening tasks, I'm afraid they'll be forgotten instead of read, discussed and implemented.

Make it a separate feed showing the diffs. I'd also like to get an rss feed containing the fully rendered topics. That's less geeky. The current "summary" feature in the rss feed does not cut it at all. Let's call it noise blob instead ;). Same in webchanges, webindex, rename topic, ...
