Item15352: Save and Cancel buttons do not work.

I have Foswiki 2.1.8 installed on Fedora 37 and latest Fedora Core OS. I am using mod_perl in the foswiki.conf. Whether selinux is off or on, every time I try to use the edit chapter pencil icon, the "Save" and "Cancel" buttons do not work; however the "Edit all" button does work. Clicking the "Save" or "Cancel" buttons does nothing. Did not have this problem with prior 2.1.4 version of Foswiki. As an aside, I have troubleshooted getting Foswiki 2.18 to work with selinux on.

Here is what the error console has when I click the pencil icon to launch the EditChapterPlugin:

Here are some more details. The Save, Cancel and Edit all are links now and not buttons like in the previous version of the plugin. The Save and Cancel links have no value. The Edit all link has a link: "https://.../HunterMoseleyWeeklyLabReport?t17...".
