2. deciding on dates for the next general assembly
   • 20 Feb 2015 1300 UTC
   • annual GAs will be scheduled roughly around 3rd Fri of Feb @ 13:00 UTC
3. review of membership
   • actual review will be deferred until a next warning email goes out to candidates
   • Lynnwood takes action sending emails
4. Foswiki Camp
   • Julian offers to host the next camp at Amsterdam again: 18th to 20th March, tentative
5. review of task teams
   • DebianPackagingTaskTeam and DocumentationTaskTeam have both been marked abandoned; they actually never managed to establish a charter
   • packaging is currently done by Sven only, building debian packages automatically; we might need to take over these responsibilities or on foswiki.org, given that it is a freebsd server a challenge
   • if nobody is able to investigate - even other packaging formats - we will simply have to drop this initiative
   • activities of TranslationTaskTeam have been folded into InfrastructureTaskTeam and ReleaseTaskTeam: pootle will have to be replaced by weblate (having the advantage of a good github integration)
   • InfrastructureTaskTeam has probably lost its team lead Sven; this position is vacant in need of somebody to step up.
